We are currently looking for the following:

Technical Support Representative

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Work experience as a technical support in a call center is an advantage.
  • Strong/excellent English verbal and written communication skills to train and support customers over the phone the whole shift in resolving product issues, troubleshoot and to provide workarounds to known problems.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Internet, web browsers, web servers, and assorted operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Case Management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule.

Information Analysts

  • Strong aptitude to quickly identify, solve, and implement solutions to problems that ensure data integrity and process reliability.
  • At least 1-2 years of SQL Server 2000 or SQL Server 2005 development experience creating data processes for data warehousing and/or strategy development.
  • Automation using SQL Server 2005 using SQL Server Reporting Services, Analysis Services, and/or Integration Services (SSIS/DTS).
  • Data movement between Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Preferably has knowledge in SQL Data process development on Oracle 9i or a newer version.
  • Preferably has knowledge in data warehouse development in SQL Server environment (SQL Server 2000 or a newer version).

Market Research Executive

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Internet Research, Market Research.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Must be skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience and knowledge in basic accounting is a plus.
  • Must be a time conscious individual and meet deadlines.
  • Must be willing to work under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work during US hours.

Sr. Solutions Consultant

  • Sales Executive/Professional with +10 years experience selling and marketing BPO or IT, Consulting/Professional Services.
  • MBA Preferred
  • Successful track record of high-end, consultative and collaborative sales.
  • Excellent prospecting skills to identify open and develop new business opportunities.
  • Ability to conduct industry and customer analysis: Identify pain points.
  • Ability to define specific solutions within abstract environment.
  • Good Written & oral communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing an alliances program from the ground up.
  • Ability to create and deliver professional, effective presentations.
  • Experience working with high-level executives on various partnering activities with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales initiative where in diplomacy, sales process management, and negotiating skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in developing partnership opportunities with clear deal parameters with an outlined Return on Investment.
  • Significant Travel. Must be able to travel at least 30%-50%.

Collections Senior

  • Minimum 7 years of collections background with a minimum of 5 years special finance auto financing experience
  • Must be literate and fluent in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general correspondence.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and manage a variety of complex situations
  • Ability to execute and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must have knowledge of auto finance industry
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret major credit bureau reports is essential.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to be a team player and communicate well with employees in other areas and departments and customers.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to stay organized with multiple tasks
  • Above average communication skills including the ability to make presentations, negotiate and converse with an array of customers with different needs and expectations
